Our Signature Dish
Due to its huge succes, the Paesano cheese wheel pasta has quickly become our signature dish.
This live-cooked cheese truffle pasta is the favorite of many. In the 18 months aged Grana Padano DOC wheel, we melt the cheese, add the pasta, grounded black
pepper and finish it with grated black truffle.
